Cuz I know mine won't. Not even out of politeness, which he does with most my cooking ventures. But to me this looks so fresh and healthy and gorgeous. Can a salad be gorgeous? I found this on The Pioneer Woman Cooks site, go take a look around! If I make this I know I will have to eat it all, which unlike a plate of cookies, will be good for me!
